How to Cook Fresh Pasta

How to Cook Fresh Ravioli

How to Cook Fresh Ravioli

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add enough salt so the water tastes well seasoned.

Add the pasta and cook for about 2 to 4 minutes, stirring gently. Fresh pasta cooks quickly, so start checking early.

Drain and serve right away.

If you Purchased Sauce

Warm your sauce separately while the pasta cooks. Once the pasta is drained, add it directly to the warm sauce and toss gently to coat. Let it cook together for about 1 minute before serving.

If You Did Not Purchase Sauce

After draining, toss the pasta with olive oil or butter to keep it from sticking. Finish with grated cheese, cracked pepper, herbs, or any toppings you like.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil.

Add ravioli carefully and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Once they float and are tender, they are ready.

Lift them out gently with a slotted spoon or carefully drain.

If You Purchased Sauce

Warm your sauce separately over low heat. Spoon sauce onto the plate or gently coat the ravioli after cooking. Avoid stirring too aggressively so the ravioli stay intact.

If You Did Not Purchase Sauce

Serve with olive oil, melted butter, parmesan, and cracked black pepper, or keep it simple with a little butter and fresh herbs.

Pizza

Pizza

Pizza

Our dough is made for a 14” pizza and is ready to use at home.

Before You Start

Let dough sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before stretching. This makes it easier to work with.

Preheat your oven to 475–500°F. If you have a pizza stone or steel, place it in the oven while it preheats.

How to Make Pizza

Lightly flour your surface and gently stretch the dough to about 14”.

Place on a floured peel or sheet pan.

Add sauce, mozzarella, and any toppings.

Baking

Bake for 8–12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

If Using a Sheet Pan

Bake directly on a lightly oiled pan at 475°F until browned on the bottom and edges.

If Using Pizza Stone

Slide the pizza onto the preheated surface and bake at 500°F until the crust is crisp and cooked through.

Tips

Less is more with toppings. Overloading the pizza can keep the crust from cooking properly.

Optional Add-Ons

Pepperoni and sausage can be added before baking.
Cooked proteins can also be added after baking if preferred.
