At Basilwood Kitchen, ingredients are everything. We use “00” flour for our pizza dough, bake our breads in-house, and craft our pasta from 100% semolina for authentic texture and flavor. Our sauces are made from scratch, our vegetables are prepared fresh daily, and our deli is filled with thoughtfully selected Italian specialties sliced just for you. If we don’t cook it, bake it, or prepare it ourselves, we don’t serve it — because quality begins in our kitchen.
